Winchester Poetry Festival wins the Creative and Cultural Award at Winchester Business Excellence Awards 2025

We were stunned and delighted to be announced the winner of the Creative & Cultural Award at Winchester Business Excellence Awards on Thursday 19th June.

Jane Bryant (Chair of Trustees) said:

"Winchester Poetry Festival is both delighted and honoured to receive this award. We are incredibly grateful to our festival manager and artistic director, and to all our partners, sponsors, funders, and volunteers who have supported us over many years. At the heart of what we are about, is poetry - it is glorious to work with so many wonderful poets, all of whom bring the magic and power of expressive creativity to us all."

The Winchester Business Excellence Awards are organised in partnership by The Hampshire Chronicle, Hampshire Chamber Of Commerce and Winchester BID.

We are grateful to them all for recognising WPF, particularly as we are shortly to announce the programme for Winchester Poetry Festival 2025.
