Welcome to Winchester Poetry Festival
Festival weekend will take place October 13-15 2023.

Ways you can support us:
Winchester Poetry Festival is a registered charity (Number 1150997) run by volunteer trustees. We aim to bring the best in contemporary poetry to Winchester. We make a point of paying all our invited poets and contributors professional rates and giving their work the best possible showcase. To achieve this we need to secure a broad base of income from ticket sales, donations, sponsorship and grants from private trusts and public sector bodies. There are a number of ways in which you can support the festival:

Donate
Donations will help us to keep the cost of tickets to a minimum. Any donation would be greatly appreciated. You may donate to Winchester Poetry Festival using PayPal. Click the button below to be taken to a secure PayPal payment page.

Sponsor an Event
Winchester Poetry Festival (WPF) is a nationally recognised biennial celebration of poets and poetry – the only festival of its kind in the south of England.

Become a Friend
The festival is an independent charitable trust and, although it has the support of Arts Council, local business, trusts and foundations, it needs the support of Friends to ensure its continuity. Read more about joining Friends of Winchester Poetry Festival here.
Join easyfundraising and you can collect free donations for us every time you buy something online. It won't cost you a penny extra so please help us to raise funds.
