    POEMS ON THE WALL

Winchester Poetry Festival creates more than readings and events at the Discovery Centre. Along the back wall gallery are poems from three different projects funded by the Festival.

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is displaying in its public waiting rooms a series of poster poems newly commissioned from poets associated with or appearing at the Festival.

Solent Mind has hosted a series of poetry workshops at its Winchester Wellbeing Centre to help people with mental health problems develop their confidence and self expression.

Treloar College in Alton, Hampshire, a leading specialist school for physically disabled children and young people, hosted a series of poetry workshops and published a collection of the work in Everyone is a Poet at Heart.
